Vancouver Art Book Fair 2026

May 12, 2026 · by Lois

The Vancouver Art Book Fair logo is a black circle with a white happy face in the centre and the name of the fair in white letters surrounding it.

Light Factory Publications is excited to be a part of Vancouver Art Book Fair 2026 at the Roundhouse Community Centre May 15 to 17 at the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre. Find Lois Klassen and a selection of LFP titles at a table shared with the marvelous Brenna Maag of Mission, BC.

While visiting the fair, be sure to make time for Making Public[s]: Vancouver Art Book Fair Public Symposium. Lois Klassen will be moderating PANEL 3 (Sunday, May 17, noon) “Creative Work: Writing to Resist” with Jamelie Hassan & Ron Benner, Laura Moseley, and Haruko Okano.

Brenna is launching One Postcard at a Time: A Manifesto! and other printed (and mail-able) matter from her amazing Camera Illumino projects. The way Brenna’s projects combine postcard mailing and camera obscura photography make her publications perfect companions for LFP’s selection of ephemeral and mail-art-able editions.

A hand is holding a packet in front of an open mail box. The packet has a photo of the same hand holding a filled-in postcard in the same position. That photo is taken by a camera obscura. The packet has the words "One Postcard at a Time: A Manifesto!" followed by a small arrow pointing right.
