Rebecca Pasch was born in North Vancouver, British Columbia on the unceded territory of the Squamish (Sḵwx̱wú7mesh) and Tsleil-Waututh (səlilwətaɬ) Nations. She received a degree in photography from Emily Carr University of Art + Design, and worked first as a photography teacher before opening an architectural photography business. Early in her career, Pasch received a Canada Council for the Arts Travel Grant to do a series of public performances and gallery exhibitions in Toronto and Montreal. In 2016 she traveled again to exhibit art, this time to as a member of the Slofemists. Poetry by Rebecca Pasch has appeared in Anthology of Canadian Verse. Her photography has appeared in TIME Asia and Ripe magazine. Rebecca Pasch is currently a city archivist for City of Burnaby, Canada.
